Our raised beds and green house, appropriately named Gloria because she Glo’s with pride in the warmest
months have flourished into making our lunch club salad, herbs, fruit ingredients self sufficient weekly. Much
gratitude and thanks is owed to our Volunteer Lynne McGarry who has grown from seed with lots of daily TLC
and time. Lynne has grown everything from Lettuces, Tomatoes, rocket, radishes, spring onions, red onions,
chives, various herbs, sweet corn, cucumbers, melons (of which we must thank Lorraine for the donated bra’s
to hang the melons in to grow!!)
